I have been a Realtor® in Summit County since 1995, so I have the experience to guide you through the home buying process, plus I have gained helpful experience in my previous careers. My education and career in engineering taught me planning and problem solving skills, which means that the homes I sell get smoothly through to closing! In 1979, I left suburban Chicago and moved to Summit County for the skiing and beautiful mountains --- one of the best decisions of my life. In my years here, I've learned both the prime locations and the back roads. Whether you are buying a condo, single family residence, an investment property, or land to build on, I can ensure that we will find exactly what fits your requirements.

My other interests include foreign and domestic travel, teaching dog obedience, and working with the Continental Divide Land Trust (an open space preservation group) . I still ski as often as possible and enjoy 'technology toys'.
My wife and I travel extensively and have visited many different places. However, as we drive back into the Colorado mountains, we always say 'Wow! We live in the best place in the world.'
